About Integrated Wellness:
Established in 2018, Integrated Wellness began with a focus on equine-assisted activities, offering therapeutic experiences centered around the healing bond between humans and horses. Over time, our practice evolved to include a wider range of mental health services, eventually becoming a full psychotherapy practice that specializes in trauma-focused therapies for veterans and first responders. While we have expanded, our commitment to holistic, compassionate care has remained the same. Our approach blends innovative therapeutic methods, such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Animal-Assisted Services (AAS), with traditional psychotherapy to address the unique needs of our clients.
At Integrated Wellness, we believe that healing from trauma doesn’t require reliving painful memories. Instead, we offer gentle, non-verbal approaches that help you process and move past traumatic experiences in a safe, supportive environment. Whether through equine-assisted sessions or other trauma-focused techniques, our goal is to help veterans and first responders reclaim their lives with dignity and strength.
Mission:
“Our mission at Integrated Wellness is to support the mental health and well-being of veterans and first responders through innovative trauma therapies. We are dedicated to helping you process and move past traumatic memories without reliving them, using a compassionate, client-centered approach.”
